Passion For Freedom 2013 Festival

Passion for Freedom is a non-governmental and voluntary organisation, gathering professionals working in arts and media.  in 2013, Passion for Freedom presented the work of 34 artists’ from 13 countries: Brazil, Canada, USA, UK, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Belgium, France, Germany, China, Holland, and Afghanistan, contributing film, photography, painting, sculpture, books and other forms of artistic expression, often on highly controversial topics of social importance.


The Passion for Freedom committee selected 21 films of which, ’The Siren’ was awarded The Gold Film Award for its artistic values and powerful visual message embodying the freedom of women. The film was screened as part of the opening ceremony and during the festival.


The Passion for Freedom Festival was held at the Embassy Tea Gallery, London.
